PEXIA provides AI-powered business automation solutions, including reception and lead follow-up systems, chatbots, appointment booking tools, and consulting services.
Payment terms follow each proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur interest. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law.
All systems, prompts, designs, and software remain the exclusive property of PEXIA unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables within their project scope.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all non-public information. PEXIA may reference your brand only with written consent.
While we aim for continuous uptime, service interruptions may occur. We reserve the right to modify or suspend any service with reasonable notice.
Either party may terminate in writing. Clients remain responsible for all fees incurred before termination. PEXIA may end service immediately in cases of misuse, illegal activity, or non-payment.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ottawa, Ontario, under the Arbitration Act (Ontario). You waive the right to class actions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
